A proposal in the House would make it easier for small businesses to pay employment taxes through their human resources contractors. The bipartisan bill would let professional employer organizations take responsibility for the taxes paid by their small-business clients. That's great news for small business owners since they can focus on delivering excellent service for their customers and expanding their area instead of wasting time on government paperwork. And since professional employer organizations will handle small-time businessmen's taxes, more jobs will be available for the people.
