The sixth annual NJSCPA Convention & Expo will take place June 8-10 at Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. As the largest gathering of our members, the convention is the premier Society event of the year.
This year’s convention welcomes three outstanding national speakers. Day one will be highlighted by John Foley, former lead solo pilot on the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels, who will talk to us about reaching and sustaining high levels of excellence. Day two will kick off with Cynthia Cooper, who was named one of Time Magazine’s Persons of the Year for her role in unraveling the fraud at WorldCom. Also on day two, we’ll welcome Curtis Zimmerman, an inspirational speaker and author who delivers one of the most dynamic interactive and entertaining programs on America’s corporate lecture circuit.
In addition to the terrific keynote speakers, the 2011 convention will offer sessions designed to provide the latest information in taxation, A and A, professional development and more. All told, you can earn 16.5 continuing education credits in just a few days.
The NJSCPA Convention and Expo brings accounting’s best and brightest together. It’s THE forum where more than 500 CPAs come together to dialogue, generate new ideas, solve problems and leave equipped with the resources and tools they need to be successful.
