So whether it's allergies starting up or just a regular common cold, I have come down with some sort of illness this week that has definitely put a damper on my studying. I have not really been getting enough sleep, which could also have something to do with it. A few things I can share about my experiences this week are to remember to take care of yourself physically and mentally while studying for the exam, and to realize that there will be inevitable obstacles on your path to conquer the exam that you will have to deal with. So this weekend I took a step back to get myself healthy again by getting a little more sleep and eating nutritious, homecooked food. It was difficult to sacrifice some of my valuable weekend study time, but I do realize that it will be more beneficial in the long run if I take the time to recover, instead of forcing myself to study when I know that I will not retain any information anyway. I also want to make sure I am 100% better soon as I am taking my AUD exam a week from Tuesday!
